This Website is property of ENOVA INTERACTIVE SER. DE INF. Whenever you supply information through this Website, you will be consent to the collection, use and publication of your Personal Data and Information (data) in General, and third party’s information, when published under your Profile, your Community / Communities and remaining parts of the Service, understanding that you will individually answer for your actions and acts, according to what is claimed in this page and also, according to the objective of the Service – see also Terms and Conditions.

We ask that you carefully read this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions in their entirety, before using the Service here proposed through the GADESH System.

Administration of personal data and information (data) in general

In this page, we inform you, the Service User, about our practices related to the collection, use and publication of your Personal Data and your Information (data) in General, and third party’s information, that may come to be publish in the GADESH System for the purpose of service provision.

The management of your Personal Data and of the remaining Users’ information (such as E-mail; Date of Birth; Sex; Address: District, City, State, County, Zip Code; and Official Document Number – when required for the formal registration of the SIGNATURE CONTRACT FOR ACCESS TO DIGITAL CONTENT, or even, for the Census of the Website), will always be kept by the administrator of the Service, not forwarding them to our commercial partners – except under provided cases, as asserted in the Terms and Conditions and as follows. The Website administrator may supply links for partner websites and portals on the Web that hire some Advertising Plan and/or messages through direct electronic mail. However, we will not be responsible for the privacy policy practiced by these other services. Be prudent and aware that we do not control the operations of other websites and portals foreign to our group of companies, and even, other Products and Services of Enova Interactive Ser., de Inf. Ltda. may have Privacy Policy adverse to what is proposed in GADESH’s services, therefore, this policy is not applied to others. The Personal data mentioned above, supplied by you at the time of Basic Registration and Adhesion to the Service, are destined to internal use of this Service, assuring that those are kept secretive, under the commitment to not be alienated and/or supplied to third parties, except through automated electronic procedures that are peculiar and necessary for the provision of the Service, AND EXCEPT THROUGH EXPRESS LEGAL DETERMINATION, AND/OR EVEN, THROUGH YOUR EXPRESS AUTHORIZATION THAT THROUGH THIS PAGE, AUTHORIZED THE ADMINISTRATOR TO FORWARD ALL YOUR REGISTERED DATA AND INFORMATION TO THE JURISPRUDENCE OR COMPETENT BODY, IN CASE OF ILLEGAL ACTIONS OR MISDEMEANORS PROVIDED IN THE LEGISLATION IN EFFECT AT THE TIME OF THE OCCURRENCE – EVEN IF THESE PROVIDE EVIDENCE AGAINST YOU IN LEGAL SUITS.

Moreover, we are allowed to publish these Personal Data to third parties, under the following cases: a. As to service providers hired to support our business, such as for example, for the execution of various Technical Support-type services, Delivery Services and Financial Institutions, which will be working under a deal about the content in agreement with this Privacy Policy here establish; or b. As to sales, cession or partial or integral transference of the business of this Website and its corresponding Service, case in which we will put forth all the efforts in relation to those acquirers to deal with the subject matter according to the Privacy Policy here establish.

In case you or the remaining Users linked to your Profile (account) make their Personal Data available to third parties through the use of the Service, it will be under your entire responsibility the manner in which these third parties decide to use the information.

From the Personal Data mentioned above, only the Date of Birth (age), Sex and Place (City, State and Country) of Residence of the Service Users must be treated automatically, and thus published under a generic manner by the administrator, that is, for statistical use encompassing the entire population registered in the Service, with the purpose to produce data related to age group, behavioral information, tastes, preferences, geographical information among other data that enable advertising campaigns and promotional campaigns in the System, and also, stimulate the use of the Service.

However, these previously mentioned Personal Data, namely Date of Birth (age), Sex and Localization (City, State and Country), and moreover, the E-mail and information regarding the User Sexual Orientation, may be both sets published according to your own option of privacy level defined by each user, according to the options selected in your Personal Profile Area, such as: My Partners, which publishes these data only for its list of Partners showing besides your Personal Profile; or All Users, which publishes these data for the entire GADESH System Community; or also, these data may even remain under secrecy when habilitated the My Profile privacy level, which assures that these data will not be available to other Service Users.

Actually, the privacy level of various information (data) in General, such as: Residence Phone Number (1) and (2), Cellular Phone, Personal Webpage, P.O. Box (Traditional), among others, that you supply to the Service, may be chosen at your leisure in the Personal Profile Area, under the Profile Editing option, where there will be another intermediary option for certain information: Partners’ Partners that publish these data for your list of Partners showing up beside your Personal Profile, and moreover, publish the same data originally for the Partners list showing up beside the Profiles of your Partners.

The remaining information (data) in General required in the Personal Profile Area that do not possess privacy level option, are needed for the provision of the services, therefore we require the filling out of at least sixty percent (60%) of them, and the sending (Upload) of one (01) Digitalized Picture, in accordance with the “Terms and Conditions” and “Notices” available in the Website pages, so that the Service User may actively use the GADESH System functions, according to what is asserted to the GADESH Basic Plan (FREE).

As to the Digitalized Pictures, the perfect identification of the direct User(s)* and/or indirect Users(s)** by other active Users in the GADESH System Community, falls under the responsibility of the Service User him/herself who published / ran them, who will also answer, civil or criminally, for having published / run images which he/she “does not” possess the due “AUTHORIZATION” to do so.

In case of “Couple’s Profile” (double), the publication / running of Personal Data and Information (data) in General of your Partner (second member of the Couple), and the choosing of their privacy levels, are under the same abovementioned rule, where the Direct Service User who is the representative of the couple, answers, civil and criminally, for having published / run data which he/she “does not” possess the due “AUTHORIZATION” to do so.

Finally, for the adequate functioning of the automated electronic procedures, especially relating to the invitations so that your friends may register in the System (Invite your Friend to GADESH.com; your Nickname and your contact E-mail will always be linked and published with these invitations, so to not seem the e-mails are Spam activities, given that these messages will be sent through the GADESH System to other services within the Internet.

* Direct User – It is the Service Contracting User, who publishes / runs Personal Data and Information (data) in general, and the Upload of Digitalized Pictures, sending them through the informatics system, or even, through electronic means via Internet, the image formats mentioned for purposes of publication / running in the GADESH System.

Moreover, he/she is responsible for the filling out of the Double Profile content, in case of a Couple registered in the system, or even, he/she may be the representative responsible to define the Profile of a Sexual Group, for both before mentioned situations.

** Indirect User – It is the Service User who makes use of the same service through the Personal Profile Area of the Direct User. Normally it is the other person (second member of the Couple) or other people (for the Sexual Group) described in the Direct User Profile – Service Contracting Party. The Direct User always declares that this/these provide his/her/their respective image(s) to be published / run by the Direct User. This/these also is/are described, according to your own characteristics and subscribed in the Service Direct User Profile.

Information regarding to the service and the administrator

Upon registering on the Service, every single User will only receive the information required or authorized by the User – according to what is laid out in the Control Panel, and this also may be contacted whenever some fortuitous case(s) happen due to some special need – under eventual nature. GADESH already reserves the right to inform via the E-mail registered by its User(s) in the Electronic Database of the Service, the launching of any services adjacent or products, utilities or applications, and additional tools, made available through the Website, and also, the launching of a new Service, Subscription or Promotion modality implemented in the Service or regarding other services constituted by our group of companies – a single time.

Changing of basic personal data registration, personal profile area, e-mail and password

The Personal Data and Profile Data registration whenever concluded, may be changed through the use of Access Passwords (Name or pseudonymous and User Personal Password), both supplied by the User him/herself. We recommend that your Personal Password would be changed frequently through the option for its alteration available in the Control Panel, purposing to ensure greater safety of all your data and information supplied to the administrator. Avoid the use of obvious Passwords, with sequential numbers and letters in increasing or decreasing order (such as 12345…, …654321, abcdefg… etc…) or repeating graphical signals (such as 1111111, aaaaaa, …), or even, Passwords formed by numbers that correspond to your personal phone numbers, or Passwords already used in other Internet services. Remember: It is your responsibility to take the necessary measures to protect your Access Password, and also your data and information.

Safety

The administrator ensures that it adopts legally required levels as to safety/security in the protection of Personal Data and Information (data) in General, provided in the Profile, and remaining information that are processed in the system, having installed the technical means and measures to avoid the loss, ill use, alteration, non-authorized access or undue subtraction of all the registered data. Nevertheless, the Service Users must be aware that the safety/security measures related to the Internet and informatics systems in general are not integrally infallible.

Further Information

Meanwhile, we will make total use of the data and information obtained and processed through the Service, only under the purpose to provide the perfect provision of the service, according to your objectives known by the User and as it is asserted in the Terms and Conditions. By understanding this Notice, the Service Users become solidary and grant their Personal Data and Information (data) in General, Digitalized Pictures with images in general for publication, running and dissemination through the Service, and declare to know and be well aware and discerning as to the objectives of the service provision.

In case you identify a publication / running that is not authorized as to your data, information and images (pictures), inform (denounce) immediately to our team so that we may take the due precautions and measures, and solve the inconvenience.
