Code of Good Conduct

GADESH Relationship Portal is a tool which mission is to provide to users full security and secrecy of information, ensuring comfort and convenience within an agreeable and customized virtual environment. This code of conduct proposes to reveal GADESH’s use rules, purposing to assure its proper use under the penalty of exclusion, without financial reimbursement of any nature and/or execution of legal penalties upon breach of one or more infra-cited conducts.

Read carefully and make sure your conduct complies with GADESH’s rules:

Legal Age
The GADESH Portal contains material sexually directed to Adults, that is, destined to people older than 18 years of age. In case of it is confirmed in the user registration that the user is younger than 18 years old, the account will be disqualified by the GADESH Portal and automatically deactivated with no previous notice;
Denunciations
All the denunciations sent to the Portal’s administration will be checked and, upon confirmation, they will be forwarded to the competent authorities;
False Denunciations
The confirmation of ill faith in the making of false denunciations, will disqualify the person making the denunciation;
Non-authorized use of images and texts
All images and texts posted in this system are under the full responsibility of the user who will answer for any and every culpability related to the undue use of those images and texts and will be subjected to penalties that establish and guide the theme according to the Brazilian laws;
SPAM – Unsolicited e-mails
It is utterly prohibited the indiscriminate use of tools and information contained in this Portal for dissemination of commercial content, promotional content, electronic virus and/or any other issue that is not exclusively personal;
Use of Third Party Information
The use of third party identity, whether it is information to be taken advantage of, for own benefit or someone else’s benefit, or that cause harm to others, whether it is intentional or not;
Child Pornography (Pedophilia)
The running of any representation – through any media – of child/children involved in explicit sexual activities or nudity, real or simultaneous, for primordially sexual purposes IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED. The Brazilian legislation in effect rules child pornography and prostitution as crime according to Art. 241 of The Children and Adolescent Statute [Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente];
Racism, Xenophobia and Religious intolerance
It is prohibited the use of written material, images or any other type of representation of ideas of theories that promote and/or entice hate, discrimination or violence against any individual or group of individuals, based on race, skin color, religion, descent or ethical or national origin;
Neo-Nazi
According to Art. 20 of Law 7.716/1989 it is prohibited the publication of any nature, making use of the Internet, to distribute or run symbols, emblems, ornaments, badges or propaganda that use the swastika or the swastika cross, for the purposes of divulging that practice;
Apology and Enticement to crimes against Life
It is prohibited the use of this Portal for the publication of any type of content that promotes, entices or makes apology to violence against human beings;
Homophobia
GADESH, is a portal that proposes to promote the relationship between its users, regardless of their sexual option. Denunciations of homophobia will be tracked and deemed as attempting discrimination of the fundamental rights and freedoms of Human Rights;
Apology and Enticement of cruel practices against animals
Written material, images or any other type of representation of ideas or theories that make apology, promote and/or entice third party to practice acts of abuse, ill-treatment of animals, will not be tolerated in this Portal;
